| We try very hard to make purchasing and using the site as easy as possible. Sometimes though we just don't answer all the questions. Below are answers to the most common. |

Go to the Course List. For each course you want, click
on

On the course list page, you can search for courses, or
display courses by topic (such as ethics, supervision, etc.). You can click on individual course names
to learn more about each course such as the learning objectives and course outline.

For "No Book to Buy" courses, go to My Account, scroll down to the course
and you will see "Download Course Material". For the book based courses, we provide a link to Amazon
if you need to purchase a copy of the book (not necessary if you have access to a copy of the book).

For the link to Amazon, just
go to the course list and click on the title of the course you are interested in. Under "Step 2 – Buy
the book" just click on the picture of the book and you will be taken to the correct edition of the
book at Amazon.

Go to "My Account".
Next to the course name you will see "Download the test questions here". Most people print off the test
and circle the answers while reading the material.

The test questions are available
to download and print in Word or Adobe pdf format once you have added the test to your account or purchased
the course.

Log in and go to "My Account". Next to the course you have completed, click
on "take test" and follow the directions.
|
|
- You can begin the test by clicking on the "Start Test" button. The test is multiple choice. Select an
answer by clicking on the button next to it.
- You have 3 opportunities to pass the test. If you don't pass in 3 tries you will have to repurchase
the course to complete it. We recommend you download the test from the "My Account" page, answer the
questions off-line and then enter them when ready.
- 5 test questions will appear at a time. To move forward or back in the test, click the appropriate button
at the bottom of the page.
- When you click the "Next" or "Back" button, the answers for the current 5 questions are entered.
- Your test will be scored when you click the "Grade Test" button at the end of the test.
- Change any answer as often as you wish. You can change answers from previous pages by using the buttons
at the bottom of the page. Complete all or part of the test now, returning whenever you wish to complete
it.
- Unanswered questions are considered incorrect.

Log in and go to "My Account" Scroll down to "Courses Completed" Click on
"Print Certificate" and follow directions You can print your certificate at any time in the future from
the "My Account" page
|

You will be able to choose different options for your certificate such as:
- Check here if you'd like the grade percentage to appear on the certificate. (i.e. Grade: 95%)
- Check here if you'd like the words "Home Study" to appear on the certificate.
- Check here if you need the certificate to say 'Credits' instead of 'Contact Hours'.
- Check here if you need the certificate to say 'This is a Clinical Course'.
You can select any of your accrediting organizations to print the certificate.
Or...
You may choose to select a different accreditation for the purpose of printing the certificate. This
does not change the information stored with your account, just for the certificate printing operation.
