Colorado has implemented a Continued Professional Development (CPD) program for Counselors. Here is how Ce4Less will be able to help you renew your license.
You must earn 40 Professional Development Hours (PDH) during each 2-year renewal cycle.
No more than 20 hours may be earned in a single PDA (Professional Development Activity) category during a 2-year renewal cycle.
All 40 of your Colorado Counselor ceus (PDHs) can be earned from Ce4Less. You will earn a maximum of 20 PDHs in these 2 categories:
- Coursework – these will be traditional continuing education courses, with coursework and a post test.
- Independent Learning – One hour spent in active learning (reading, Ce4Less course material) is equivalent to one PDH.
