Connecticut Psychologist CE Requirements

Connecticut psychologists are required to complete 10 hours of approved continuing per year.

Connecticut psychologists can complete up to 5 hours of the CE requirement each year through home study or distance learning courses offered by providers approved by the American Psychological Association (“APA”).

Connecticut psychology licenses must be renewed by each year by the end of the license-holder’s birth month.

At least once every six years, Connecticut psychologists must complete at least 2 hours of CE related to mental health conditions common to veterans and family members of veterans.
