Louisiana Social Work CE Requirements

Louisiana social workers (RSWs, CSWs, LMSWs, and LCSWs) are required to complete 20 hours of approved continuing education per year.

Yes! Louisiana Social Worker may earn 10 hours through CE4Less.

Each renewal Louisiana Social Worker Licenses must complete:

Every 2 years:

• 3 hours in Ethics (See our courses in Ethics & Telemental Health and Ethics Boundary Issues)
• 3 hours in Clinical Supervision

Annually:

• 10 hours in Clinical Content, including Diagnosis and Treatment
