How many hours of CE credit does Maine require for psychologists?
Maine psychologists are required to complete 40 hours of approved continuing education every 2 years.

What else do I need to know?
Maine psychology licenses must be renewed annually by April 30th, with CE due in even-year renewals.
For every even-year renewal, Maine psychologists must complete at least 3 hours of ethics education. CE4Less offers an APA Ethics Code course as well as a number of other ethics courses (for example, Ethics & Telemental Health) that satisfies this requirement.
Maine psychologists are also required to complete a one-time requirement of 3 hours of domestic violence education.
