Minnesota Psychologist CE Requirements

Minnesota psychologists are required to complete 40 hours of approved continuing education every 2 years.

Yes! There are no restrictions on the number of hours Minnesota psychologists can complete through CE4Less – all 40 hours may be earned through CE4Less.

Minnesota accepts courses from any provider approved by the American Psychological Association (“APA”).  CE4Less is approved by the APA to sponsor credit for psychologists, and Minnesota accepts our courses for CE credit.

Minnesota psychologist licenses must be renewed every two years by the last day of the month of their initial issuance.

Minnesota does not have any specific topics or courses that must be completed during a renewal cycle, so psychologists are free to choose any combination of courses to satisfy their requirements.
