North Carolina Marriage and Family Therapist CE Requirements and Courses Requirements
How many CEs does North Carolina require?
North Carolina MFT’s are required to complete 20 hours of approved continuing education every year.
Can I take my CEs from CE4Less?
Yes! The North Carolina MFT Licensure Board accepts both live and on-line courses. In a position statement on continuing education they encourage MFTs to “pursue live learning events for continuing education whenever possible” and to avoid reading and test-taking options as the sole method of obtaining continuing education credits. Our Unlimited + Live bundle is a great option for NC MFTs!
For further information please see their guidelines and position statement.
