Licensed clinical professional counselors must obtain 20 hours of continuing education (CE) annually.

What else do I need to know?
As of March 30, 2019 the board will no longer approve sponsors or courses as the licensees must choose appropriate continuing education. The board defines this as “quality programs that focus on protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the public and contribute to licensees’ professional knowledge and competence.”
